Here are the things you will need : A white cotton table runner and craft paint in coordinating colors
First spread out your runner and place small amounts of the colors not to a disposable surface . Then using your fingertips dip into colors one at a time placing marks onto the runner . Scatter them about overlapping some creating a pattern and making it fuller around the ends of the runner .
